New Update: 0.4.0


Hello everyone! I'm sorry for the delay. It's been quite a lot of work, creating a completely new world and leaving it in a similar state to the previous one.

Up until updating to this version, SurvivalWorld maintained a world that had existed since version 0.02. This meant it was something I was doing over and over again. It was a fairly large world, although difficult to optimize. My original idea was to make a much larger world, but due to limitations, I had to keep it at that size. In addition to certain details that made it look strange and unconvincing, I decided to create a world from scratch.

Island

New and Changed Biomes:


Grassy Valley is now

Deadlands:

A brown-colored, somewhat wild biome, where you'll find minotaurs and various creatures.

Snowlands:

Partly, it remains exactly the same, with the difference being the accumulations of ice and frozen water.

Jungle:

It's now more lush, with a different tree variation.

Beachs:

Swamps:

Death Island:

It's a lava island, where mostly hostile creatures live, although it also offers a variety of resources, such as carbon, metal, and crystal.



The Portals to other worlds: 2 are hidden underground, the one to the Desert is exposed:



The 15 caves: the vast majority are visible, others are hidden in caverns.

Specific Changes:

Creative Mode now has its own Inventory, making it easier to obtain all the game's materials.




Changes to the character customization menu:



New Invoker Particles:





Minor changes have included:

  • Interface changes
  • Fixes related to artificial intelligence
  • Performance improvements
  • Changed tree models
  • Variety of vegetation for each biome.
